Juicer recipe - Kick start your workout

If you want to make a juice to really kick start your day and your work out try this:

  • Peel and juice the following:
  • 2 peeled carrots
  • 1 beetroot
  • 4 kiwi fruit
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 apple
  • Chunk of Ginger
If you want more juice just add another orange or carrot and voila!


Tasty and packed with vitamins and minerals to kick start your workout.
